  How it all began Many moons ago, sometime in the year 2000, I succumbed to a love of hand stitching wee little bears. A few years later I began the adventure that is selling them. My little business changed shape a time or two as other friends and relations were added to the happy menagerie. Meanwhile the bears got tinier and tinier. Looking for a unique way to dress them, I stumbled across a curious craft known as bobbin lace. Beautiful and intricately delicate stuff; made as it was before machines were invented to do so. I took one look at the many bobbins and multitude of pins on the lace pillow, deciding then and there it wasn’t for me. Happily a lady kindly talked me into giving it a go and since 2014 I have also yielded to the addiction that is lace making.    A miniature world While I love to dabble in all sorts of creativity, miniatures have long fascinated me.
